About the Job:
Starcare International Hospital is looking for a professional, organized, and compassionate Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure a welcoming, seamless experience for every patient and visitor. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage a team with empathy and efficiency in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all front office staff, including receptionists, cashiers, and patient coordinators.

Ensure smooth patient registration, admission, discharge, and billing processes.

Oversee appointment scheduling, telephone etiquette, and walk-in patient management.

Monitor patient flow and reduce waiting times through effective coordination.

Handle patient feedback, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and hospitality in the reception area.

Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Train and motivate front desk staff for excellence in customer service.
Skills & Experience Required:
Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of front office or guest relations experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficiency in using hospital management software and MS Office tools.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Desirable:

Certification in Customer Service or Healthcare Administration.

Experience in managing VIP or international patient services.

Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage.

Familiarity with Nigerian healthcare protocols and patient service standards
