Starcare International Hospital is looking for a professional, organized, and compassionate Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure a welcoming, seamless experience for every patient and visitor. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage a team with empathy and efficiency in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all front office staff, including receptionists, cashiers, and patient coordinators.

  • Ensure smooth patient registration, admission, discharge, and billing processes.

  • Oversee appointment scheduling, telephone etiquette, and walk-in patient management.

  • Monitor patient flow and reduce waiting times through effective coordination.

  • Handle patient feedback, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and hospitality in the reception area.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

  • Train and motivate front desk staff for excellence in customer service.

Skills & Experience Required:

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of front office or guest relations experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Proficiency in using hospital management software and MS Office tools.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Desirable:

  • Certification in Customer Service or Healthcare Administration.

  • Experience in managing VIP or international patient services.

  • Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with Nigerian healthcare protocols and patient service standards
