Marketing Specialist

About the Job:

Starcare International Hospital is seeking a creative, energetic, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives and enhance the hospital’s visibility across digital and traditional channels. This role involves campaign execution, branding, event support, and content development to drive patient engagement and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate must be passionate about healthcare communication and adept at translating services into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Execution:

• Assist in the implementation of hospital marketing strategies across departments and service lines.

• Promote hospital specialties, doctors, events, and health packages via targeted campaigns.

• Support the execution of marketing plans aligned with the hospital’s business goals.

Event Planning & Community Engagement:

• Coordinate health camps, medical outreach, awareness drives, and public relations events.

• Develop promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and signage for campaigns.

• Work with medical teams to develop health awareness content and public talks.

Skills & Experience Required:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, PR, or brand communications.

• Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.

• Proficient in social media management tools, basic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite), and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent interpersonal and project coordination skills.

Desirable:

• Experience working in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare-focused agency.

• Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms, and healthcare consumer behavior.

• Ability to use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to track campaign performance.

• Background in journalism, media production, or health communication is a plus.
